The provider is SAFETYGENCE sp. z o.o., ul. Józefa Piusa Dziekońskiego 1, 00-728 Warszawa, Poland; KRS 0000886461, NIP 5213921784. Registry court: Sąd Rejonowy dla m.st. Free electronic services comprise access to company website information and the public enquiry forms on safetygence.com, stigway.com and tenderlookout.com. These terms concern those forms; they do not govern product accounts, workspaces or subscriptions. Engineering, hosting and software-supply services are governed by a separate agreement.
Technical requirements and use
You need internet access, a current browser supporting HTTPS, and an email address to receive a reply. CAPTCHA, when enabled, needs JavaScript. “Open email draft” mode needs a configured email application. You can also write directly to our contact email.
Use an accurate email address and relevant enquiry content. Unlawful content, spam and attempts to disrupt the site are prohibited. Rate limits and anti-spam checks may prevent a submission; email remains available as an alternative.
Starting and ending the service
Access to information starts when you open the page and ends when you leave. The one-off enquiry transmission begins at your request when you submit and ends when the result is displayed. You can stop completing the form before submission. Opening an email draft does not send it. An enquiry does not create a paid engineering-services contract or subscribe you to marketing.
Complaints
Report problems with the electronic service to admin@safetygence.com or by post to our registered office. Describe the issue and provide a way to reply; the date of the incident helps us investigate. We will respond within 14 days of receiving the complaint. Complaints are free of charge.
Privacy and access to these terms
See the privacy notice for personal-data processing and your rights. These terms are available free of charge before you submit; your browser can save or print them. They do not limit rights granted by mandatory law. Later versions apply to future use without changing rights relating to earlier submissions.
